Yeah, Spoony is right. Different colors could mean all sorts of things. I think white/yellowish is the standard, but not sure. Google the color of your pus if you want to know more.

All of my skin is really itchy. They say rubbing is better than scratching because it fucks up your skin less but I don't know.

My scalp is the worst. Might be stress itches but I don't know that either.

In most cases, trying to ignore it is best. If it's caused by an irritating substance, for example a mosquito bite or an allergic reaction, rubbing and scratching will only spread the substance and make things worse. Find something to distract you and try not to touch the irritating areas.
