One of the healthiest ways to lose weight is doing cardio exercises. Running, walking, bike riding, pilates. Great for your heart as well.

Eating good, nutritional food is a big plus. Be smart about what you eat and what specific foods you should eat to keep you energetic. Less sweets obviously. If you are working to gain muscle, you'll gain a lot of weight. Muscles weigh more than fat. But that's good weight. I weigh more than I used to most likely thanks to eating better and exercising. I'm still very thin though.

Don't try to force yourself to become, like, a bikini model with a size 0 waist. Everybody has a different body and a different bone structure that can limit how thin you can get. Some friends of mine have a wider hip structure then I do but they are healthy and at the size that's healthy for them.

How much muscle you build through exercise is also dependent on your protein intake.

As for easy/half-assed ways, the only one that works is a liposuction. But you don't want that. Life ain't easy, if you want something, you gotta work for it.

People focus on actual weight too much, it is the amount of fat to weight, and weight to height ratio that matters more.

Like, I weight over 200 pounds, but at my height that's not a whole lot.
Also, fuck the BMI scale, I'm not obese at all.

Don't eat if you're not hungry.

Stop eating when you're full.

Eat fruits and vegetables more often.

Limit yourself to two or three meals a day - no snacking - at all.

Skip a meal a day if possible (if eating three meals), or replace that meal with something light (maybe a salad, a bowl of soup or some crackers).

Eat light meals rather than heavy meals (do not overload your plate).

Have cereal, fruit or toast for breakfast instead of a fry-up (no bacon, sausages, eggs or fried bread).

Drink water instead of tea, coffee, fizzy drinks or alcohol.

Instead of desserts, have a piece of fruit or a raw carrot.

Go for walks of at least 30 minutes - every day.


I do a heavily physical job which helps to keep me fit, and on my days off I rarely eat more than two meals a day.

I only have a fried breakfast maybe once a fortnight; Most of the time I have fruit and toast for breakfast.

I try to eat boiled rice and baked potatoes instead of fries.

Actually, DND, having several controlled-portion snacks throughout the day can help keep your metabolism consistently active if you're trying to lose weight. Maintaining it the way you do, you don't need it. But if you don't eat enough, your metabolism can slow down further, especially when you're heavy. But I didn't look at who it is that you're giving advice to.

With the snack thing, it's more like eating five snacks a day rather than three meals.

Yeah it's actually most efficient to have 6 small meals throughout the day rather than a few large ones. Your metabolism keeps running smoothly this way and you burn more calories.

Also supposedly if you eat breakfast within a certain time of waking up (I think it was 20 minutes) your metabolism runs faster throughout the day.

Oh, THAT Po~Ju. Yeah, if he didn't draw so much shota he'd move a few tiers upwards in my hentai tier list.

Masamune Shirow is bottom tier because he's better when doing serious stuff (GitS) than when he's doing hentai.
