Not all that TMI but my fingernail have gotten all gross and flakey lately. What should I eat to make better again?

Do you like beans and rice or cheese? If so, those have protein, which is essentially what your fingernails are made of. Maybe eat a little more of those things.

Also, I know that you've mentioned your prescription tablets make you ill, but is it that the tablets themselves make you gag, or what's in them makes you not feel well? Because if it's just the second, since I know you don't like to eat all that much, taking a multivitamin would be the next best thing to eating enough vegetables/fruits.

Although really, what do you mean by flaky? As in they break easily and sort of leave jagged layers?

I swear I feel like the only person who likes bras. (I remember being one of the very few who'd rather sleep with one.) They're comfortable and supportive and without them I would be very out of sorts.

I don't mind bras but they never seem to fit me 100%.

Oh, see, I wouldn't want mine flattened. I rather like the way they look. like I said, jumping and bra shopping are about the only two inconveniences about them.
For me, it's actually more comfortable to wear a bra during the day while I'm moving around.

I've only ever had two pairs of bras, and my mum got those for me yeeeears ago when I was starting to hit puberty or something. I have no idea how, but they both broke a while back and I never bothered to replace them so nowadays I usually just wear these... I don't even know what they're called but they're basically just small, loose-fitting tank tops with thin straps. I've always just called them vests but I dunno what the actual name for them is. They don't provide much in the way of support (don't really need it) and I only really wear them for one reason, but eh, they're comfortable.
