It actually happened to a week ago that when me + my sister and her friend were looking through my hdd to find some vacation pics using some keyword that many camera pics use in the picture name that I accidentally clicked one pic (the pics were listed with no thumbnail picture) and boom, a milf with a dildo, only my sister's friend saw it though before I quickly closed it
How I even managed to find a pic with an unedited file name like that, I don't know, but I'm pretty sure that was the first time anything got a peek into my porn stack, it's usually behind several other folders
