This is not funny.

I had friends who do this to me.
I was crushed every time they did this.

I no longer have friends.
(Okay, I'm lying, it's not as bad as that, but you get the picture)

A little threatening to kill them in their sleep and they stopped.
(That last sentence may be lying. Maybe.)

I threatened to kill them, but they didn't stop. Why didn't they stop? I'm not a liar, so I did what I had to.
(Okay, so I didn't kill them either, but I did cry myself to sleep several times, then went to buy myself some gum the next morning, and all was well.)
