So I'm sorta leaning towards Brink over Portal 2 because of multiplayer and the teamwork stuff and so on.

gameplay ruining bugs
Laggy as shit (like, you can't walk if your ping's over 100 or something, it doesn't ACTUALLY show your ping so I'm guessing), two or three times every sound just turned off and I had to restart the game, and of course the performance is horrible.

bad single player
As said earlier, multiplayer with the whole other team being bots and your own being either bots or real people. Friendly bots are shitty so usually you have to play online if you want to win.
Also, the UI is confusing, and an obvious bad port from consoles if you play on PC, you need to reach to the edges of your screen to go back one screen, when customizing you can't zoom out if you change something on your face, you have to leave to the main menu (at least I still haven't figured out a way to zoom out), etc. Also, switching between a molotov and a regular grenade is weird.
The "customization" is silly, at least as far as clothes go, because you get item sets, like some shorts that go with some shirt, and if you try to combine different sets you look stupid. Haven't really tried the gun stuff yet.
Of course, this is all very negative, but it's not like I hate the game, I just wish it was better considering how much hype it received. I don't like bad plots and half-arsed single player, and I don't like being unable to play a game at the minimum visual settings flawlessly when it looks like I should.
