Moderation.

Yes eating McDonalds three times a day seven days a week will fucking kill you, so will any other food.

I don't agree with the safety measures they take in Diet Soda though, so I avoid the shit. Plus it tastes awful.

Also I counter your point with Subway. Pick the right sandwiches and toppings and you can live off it. Just ask Jared.

I'd imagine if I didn't eat any solid food for a while then I'd loose weight.

But then anything I drink could be just as fattening as what I'm eating.

The ever present shadow of Trans Fats looms over everything... and the big M is loaded with them. Trans Fats can give you heart disease! And our bodies cannot take anything away from them, and they are hard to get rid of!

I haven't checked Subway, but I do know that (suprisingly) an meal at KFC contains less trans fats than one at McDonalds.

Wierd!

EDIT: I am not saying anyone here should eat at KFC compulsively... it has alot of bad things too.

But it is goddamn horrifying in terms of nutrition. If the double-down is a nuke to your waistline then the Pizza Burger is antimatter.

I drink Diet Coke pretty much 24/7, and have since I was a kid.
If I drink a normal soda the sugar in it makes me throw up, so I'm not really missing out on anything
Besides, cancer is caused by everything according to every study ever.
Everything but tomatoes, those somehow prevent cancer?
