Actually, if I recall, the only three Pokemon that give Mewtwo a run for its cheddar are Arceus, Mew (those two due to randomness), and Deoxys (due to attack and speed forms)

In fact, if I recall, barring Arceus (once again the randomness. It's impossible to properly predict what, exactly, you're going to face, which makes it a bit unfair), Mewtwo and Deoxys are tied for strongest Pokemon (I checked. If the RNG is not on the side of the Deoxys user, Mewtwo can kill it. So a battle between those two all comes down to pure luck, unless Deoxys has a dark type attack I missed), and in a straight up fight with move sets revealed, Mewtwo apparently can destroy Arceus

Mewtwo is the pinacle of bad-assery.

The day Mewtwo is usurped as the ultimate Pokemon is the day they introduce Mewtwo in the armour from the 1st movie

My non-legendary favorites in terms of appearance(the order changes from time to time):

Gallade

Blaziken

Scizor

Glaceon

Umbreon

My personal favorites, would be

Typhlosion, Milotic, Aggron, Alakazam, Scyther, Garchomp

And my most unfavorite pokemon ever would have to be Tangela. There is NO way you gonna get me to evolve one in Soulsilver. For one, I think id focus more on running like a complete maniac than actually training it...

My favorites would be Blaziken, Salamence, Charizard, and I can't really think of any others.

My favorites are Typlosion, Glaceon, Umbreon, Ninetails, Gengar, and the entire litwick-Chandelure evolution chain(i have one of each)
favorite ledgendary is Lugia, hands down. Followed by Mewtwo.HO-OH SUX DIX

My least favorite ones would probably have to be the Vanillite series and the Trubbish series. Can't stand 'em. One of my friends says that they're both pure genius. I'll never understand him.

On an entirely different note, I swore when I started playing White that I would name every Pokemon I had a notable reaction to after that reaction. In hindsight, it was probably a bad idea, but I can't get out of it now. So far I have:
- A Purrloin named "OH BABY!"(don't ask)
- A Blitzle named "Niiiice."
- An Audino named "...?"
- A Maractus named "Again?"(shortened from "Another cactus Pokemon?")
- A Sigilyph named "Aw hell yes"(or something along those lines)
- A Darumaka named "Eww"(reaction to the Pokedex entry: Darumaka's droppings are hot, so people used to put them in their clothes to keep warm)
- A Foongus named Voltorb
- A Deerling named "DURR"(reaction to the Pokedex entry: People use it to mark the seasons.)
