What Ame said - using the 'Animation Window' and many layers in Photoshop.

Then 'Save for Web & Devices' - and a whole load of other options you need to set up to make a fairly decent GIF.

It's not too hard really - tutorials are on YouTube.

I didn't draw the artwork for my Milotic avatar, but I fell in love with it when I found it.

It was too big though, I had to resize it.

It only has 10 frames - I'm gonna have to try making my own one from scratch using this as a template.

Anyway, yeah, I like lots of Pokemon.
