Well I read it in this month's Official Nintendo Magazine (Australia) and obviously though it was new.

So I just searched for a random article.

Appartnly Australia is 4 months behind the rest of the world.

How do you guys feel about $40-$50 games?

DS games are around 40-50 euros here in France, I wonder what the 3DS games will cost.

Thats more than I would like to pay, but seeing as how I usualy get more playtime out of portable games I would pay that much.

Oh who would have thought? Amazon says it's 250 Euro which is about $340. I hate this country's pricing of stuff.

Actually the exchange rate with videogames is 1 euro/1$, which is bullshit, but it's even more bullshit because te 3DS is going to cost 259 euros, which is about 355$. That's right. We have to spend one hundred bucks more than americans

That's why, if I'm going to buy it, I'll import it and the games as well. If it's cheaper to get the exact same thing flown in from another country than to buy it in the store next to you, something is definitely going wrong.

We have PAL, America has NTSC.

though there's not much differences besides region lockout.

Well, as long as I save cheddar with it, (already over 100 bucks just for the 3ds) I don't care if I have to wait a week longer or such.

But that may be a blessing in disguise so now you can get games that will most likely not be released in Europe.

I'm hoping that the 3DS and NGP compete directly enough for the companies to bring out their A-game. Although that didn't really work for the original DS and PSP. It felt like a year went by before they had a game that would make me buy the systems. I need a console seller. Paper Mario might do it for me.
