So. Men's clothes stores are fucking pathetic. Well, they are here in Ausfagland, at least. You've either got surf shops, with stupid shirts that look like a rainbow jizzed on your chest, you've got boring suit stores with two styles of suit in black, grey, or navy blue. You've got some retarded youth culture stores with expensive tight jeans, ten dollar cardboard fedoras and hundred dollar sneakers. That's about it. If you don't like hoodies, jeans, tracksuits or pathetically boring suits, then you're pretty fucked. So, as I have a fondness for, shall we say, clothes with character, I thought perhaps some of you do, too. Should you so wish, a compilation of fine clothiers could be achieved. I shall begin!

Also, note primarily Men's clothing. Bigotry, perhaps, but from what I've seen, women have an incredibly easy time finding interesting clothes. Women's clothes stores have endless variety. Not so for men.

Magnoli Clothiers makes some very fine custom suits.

Tails & the Unexpected have quite a few decent hats, and a good range of accesories.

Gentleman's Emporium has a fantastic range of shirts and trousers, and a lot of other decent items.

So? am I alone here? Or are there other discerning fellows?

I want to get a fedora.
And while I don't really like getting "dressed up," I enjoy wearing a nice flannel shirt with a matching shirt/plaid shorts every once in a while.
Although for my senior prom I had a white suit and I looked so awesome.

Try on one in a store before you buy it. Despite their popularity, fedoras do not suit most heads.

Also, Tom Sawyer Waistcoats do some great vests, and have a nice selection of cravats.

I have a classy fedora, which unfortunately does not match the style of any of my suits.

A new vestment must be obtained at some point, so that I can class the hell out of everyone.

Sadly, I have nothing to contribute sitewise, but I must agree with you.

I have the hardest time ever referencing good clothes for men.
Which is why one of my characters is a crossdresser. <u>
I've been getting better about it, but others have not, as it seems. It's still amazingly hard to find some decent men's clothes. Really, it's because everyone's been brainwashed into thinking that men don't care about what they look like!

Anyway, go on, everyone else.

More stores, people.

Village Hat Shop has a decent range; I purchased a bowler there that has been serving me well.

Fogey Unlimited have only a few items for sale, but what they do have is good. I bought some sleeve garters there a while back that have held up just fine.

Stores stores stores.

Elegant Ascot sells, obviously, ascots and cravats, as well as a few vests.

Baron Hats make expensive but high quality hats.

River Junction has a good range with a western feel, they have a little of everything.

Jabot knot ascots are the best.
