But hold on one moment!
It isn't over yet! We still have a short ways to go!
For we still have...
THE EPILOGUE!
I'm not sure, but I
think that the epilogue was written a good bit of time after the rest of the story, as the art seems to be slightly different. Not
better or
improved, though, just... different. Maybe even
worse.
Anyway, here we have the epilogue cover page, which resembles something that M.C. Esher would draw one day while horribly drunk.
I mean seriously what the hell is wrong with their anatomy
Here's what I meant about the art style being different. Everything seems so... consistent.
Horribly consistent. They have the same facial expression
every single panel, as if their face has been permanently frozen to be that expression and that expression alone.
Anyway, here we see Brian getting ready for a date or something (in a way that is probably supposed to mirror that dream sequence at the beginning) while thinking about a bunch of exposition to himself.
Notice how his mother has a crazy long forearm in the third panel. Clearly, there have been some mutations since we last saw our characters. Things have changed.
Brian then goes downstairs to meet Chris and they immediately agree to never ever change facial expressions ever again and start staring at the strange heart that has appeared in mid-air.
Chris and Brian then take off their pants and flash Brian's mother. Then they head outside to a
LIMO and join the girl and sickly-green-hair man, who have apparently gotten together or something.
At first, when you look at the characters' position changes in panels three and four, you think that the view angle is simply different we are now looking at the characters from the other side. This is, however, not the case. Notice how the window on the right side of the panel looks the same in both panels, despite the fact that the two visible windows are not symmetrical. This could only mean one thing: after entering the limo, the characters bodaciously
got up and changed seats.
I guess they were dissatisfied with their positions or something?
The limo then arrives at the school. Brian and Chris then brace themselves, become stick people, and prance inside.
What's that? You want to know how their classmates reacted, and get an actual conclusion?
WELLL, DOESN'T IT JUST SUCK TO BE YOU
IT'S
THE
END
NOW SHUT UP AND DEAL WITH IT
