Shaco has a blink mechanic attached to his stealth that lets him close distance safely even against an opponent with Oracle's. Twitch is a ranged hero, so he'll almost be in range by the time Oracle's picks him up. Both of these heroes can contribute during teamfights without their stealth mechanic because they both have other defenses (clones and range). Evelynn doesn't have a single ranged OR defensive ability once her stealth is rendered useless.

Also, I can safely say as an Anivia player that the amount of payoff for playing Evelynn smart isn't nearly as high as it is on a lot of other heroes. A good Tryndamere or Anivia can annihilate entire teams if played well enough, but they're so difficult to use (especially Tryndamere) that you hardly ever see it.

You might not have encountered all of the things that make Evelynn bad yet, but I assure you that she is not underrated.

Evelynn is bad as a hero. Her wins are not about playing her good, it's whether or not the team she is playing against is good or not.

Pretty much what Myk said. Underpowered isn't an accurate description because no amount of buffing or tweaking would make her a better hero. The way Evelynn works is simply broken, and as long as she stays that way she'll never be anything more than a pubstomping hero or a liability, with very little overlap between the two.

I had a team where they had good players and I'm shitty at LoL and I still raped them with Evelynn. What's your point?

Played a good game with Sivir last night. It's seriously satisfying to watch an enemy hero ghost or something and run off with a sliver of HP left and see my ricochet trail after him and kill him off in the fog, especially when it's because the person he's laning with stuck too close to him.

Also, had a rough game with a Xin and an Opposing Cho'gath, apperantly my friends kept feeding him, I checked on them and WHOOPS LEVEL 3 FEASTED 6 TIMES WITH SHEILD AND WARMOGS

Heimerdinger's actually been nerfed recently. Less damage to turrets.

Although he's still annoying if you're not countering him with the right hero.

egh, I play Teemo when he's free, and Ashe sometimes, but usually only when someone snags Sivir first. I saved up enough IP to buy Teemo, but I dunno if I wanna spend all of it just yet.
