I like the idea of the sleep clause, primarily because Breloom would be ludicrously overpowered without it.

The freeze clause seems a bit unnecessary, as it's a side-effect of so many ice attacks and the chance of activation is usually so low that it would be crippling the player's attack options far more than it would be preventing abuse of a potentially exploitable mechanic.

I also agree with preventing ties, as it would just drag things out or make them more confusing if they were allowed.

Yeah Honchkrow is pretty much the ultimate Breloom counter.
