You seem to be using 'gay' in place of 'not good'.

I don't have an issue with him being gay (homosexual) - the dude had an impact on Earth's history, so he must've done something right. I respect his accomplishments at least.

No, I would never use gay like that. I was confirming that he wasn't doing so. I know at least one gay couple. There's nothing wrong with it.

i would think that webcomic artists are like zombies in that they work tirelessly to do these comics as their hobby, resulting in much zombie language during the day

Pfft. I liked Shakespeare's comedies. Had to be in two of them fourth and fifth grade. The first was A Midsummer's Night's Dream, where I was Starveling. Not a big part, I know, but I was the best actor in the class, and so I got to choose what part I wanted basically. The second was Taming of the Shrew, where I was Grumio. It was hilarious, because we only had like 5 guys in our whole entire class, which meant one of the girls had to be Petruchio. We also had to change Senior Baptista to a mom and not a dad. Wow.

So, yeah. I'm not a total fan, but his comedies are fun to be a part of.
