That's not true, the Siren is a specimen that can destroy grenades and missiles in mid-air and hurts the survivors with her screams.

You forget what the Siren is, so you check on her in your ZOMPEDIA.

Siren:
A normally Female infected with an expanded Vocal chord that makes her screams into sonic waves that can destroy missles and gernades in mid air. Her screams also are able to alert the hoard.

You take out your hunting rifle and quickly headshotthe Siren, silencing her.
