Man, I REALLY need to get this game in time for the next round.

Assuming there even is another round, anyway.

Assuming that there is, would I need Civilization IV complete or would just the regular Civilization IV without the expansion packs be okay?

You'll need the Beyond The Sword expansion. You don't need Warlords, as BTS has all the main elements - the only thing Warlords adds is scenarios.

I want to be in the next round, but I don't think I want to pay $30 for a game I don't normally play anyway.
