AWKWARD ZOMBIE

I have been on this forum for quite some time now, over 2 years in fact and its made me reflect on people that I've known for that amount of time as well as thinking about other forums I have been on for almost a decade and it shocks me to think how much time has passed.

ITT: reflection, past experiences, time spent on other forums, etc.

Before 2005, Youtube never existed. Just a little over 5 years. To me, that's mindblowing when I think about how quickly the internet expanded.

Also, I share the sentiment of the forum. I've bee around since not to long after it was created. I've seen a lot of people come and go, fights, amazing threads, crazy happenings, and then some.

Also, maybe its just me, but flying in an airplane, no matter how many times I do it, is fucking amazing.

I saw a kid buying Heartgold a few weeks back. He looked like he might've been around seven.

Then I realized that I got Pokemon Yellow for Christmas more than three years before he was even born.

A few weeks ago I heard some kids talking about how the original Halo was a classic and they should play it.

I felt really old afterwards. I then realized that they probably never knew that there was such thing as the C64.

I was playing video games with my little cousin the other day and I showed him my "Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" disc for the Gamecube.

I was trying to teach him how to play it when suddenly he says "Why are the graphics so different?"
I told him: "It's because this game originally came on the Nintendo 64."
"...What's a Nintendo 64?"
