I played the one that was on the original x-box, it actually was the that I got in a deal when I first got the console. It was so freaking awesome.

I won't lie, it's been awhile and I don't remember the differences too much. Either way, it's awesome.

Jet Set Grind is the one on the Dreamcast

JSRF is on the xbox

JSRF was the awesome one for the xbox. For people that don't know - and this is going to sound fucking insane but it was an amazing game - it was about physics-defying, rocket-boosted rollerblading gangs fighting each other over territory and the right to express themselves, typically through spray paint. You would continually fight not only rival gangs, but the police, and plot points featured things like being forced to play a unique game of pass that ended with a battle against a giant robot crab-spider-thing.

The graphics were unusual and colourful and the music was one of the best parts of the game. The levels were sprawling to the point of sometimes being confusing, with hidden collectibles and challenges to unlock extra characters.

One of the extra characters is a dog wearing 3-D glasses. And yes, the dog wore the rocket-boosted rollerblades too.

I'd consider getting a Dreamcast just to play the original. Not much more than buying a new release game. And Crazy Taxi just for shits and giggles.
