Tuxedo Mask made a little machine out of his knex that he attaches his pokewalker to, and when it's turned on, it imitates walking to give him more watts.

It's not that amazing.

A pokewalker is attached to the elastic so that it dangles. When turned on, the orange things move, gently bumping the pokewalker enough to convince it it is steps.

You can just prop it somewhere and let it go. The noise is kind of annoying though.
