Hotlinking IS a bad thing. It steals bandwidth from other websites without even giving them credit, the images often just break and no one can see them, and it pisses everyone. It's a lot simpler to just havep hotobucket or imageshack bookmarked to quickly upload and image to post, which takes no one than a minute or two, or even get the toolbar for even quicker uploads, so that everyone will be pop flyin'.

Also, many of us here happen to be quite over the age of sixteen.
