Yes.

Er, I mean golden sun, both Summon Night: Swordcraft Story games and Sword of Mana. Those are some of my favorites.

It's much more straightforward. The game directly regulates where you're supposed to go. For instance, some doors can only be opened after you complete a certain event and get the computer to open them for you. There's also a lot of talky-talky. I played that game first, so the other Metroid games were really weird for me. xD

Gunstar Super Heroes, M&L: Superstar Saga, Golden Sun, and a Castlevania game, for good measure.

High five. Is that game really that uncommon? I'm sure lots of people have played it. I don't really remember much from it, just a boss who spoke in French periodically, an island level where Mario and Luigi learned to shoot fire, and that goddamn fight against Fawful right before the final boss.

Not much. As stated, it's far more linear. Almost entirely linear, actually. There's actually only one sequence break (one of my favorite bits of Super Metroid) and that was built in as an easter egg.

Hardest easter egg I've ever seen. Took me hours to do it.

Anyways, it's a good game.

Also, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. Circle of the Moon and Harmony of Dissonance are good as well, but Aria of Sorrow is my favorite of the three.

So what's a gba/ram pack anyways? And an M3?

I definitely recommend M&L, having played through it twice. Mystery Dungeon Red is good too. Also, if you haven't played it before, get A link to the Past. Best. Zelda. Game. Ever.

An M3 DS real is one of the latest Slot-1 storage cards for the DS. In essennce, you can put DS ROMS on it. It also has shit like a PDA app, Moonshell (a music, image and video player), and an automatic DLDI patcher so you can put other homebrew apps on it. All of it stored on a microSD card.

The GBA ram pack, inserted in Slot-2, enables it to play GBA roms, as no slot-1 card can play gba games. The ram is needed for some DS games, in particular the NDS Opera Internet Browser.

THE MORE YOU KNOW.
