NO

I never watched any anime as a younger kid on TV and this is exactly the reason why.

They fucking destroyed that show. >:l
Quote:
Nelvana licensed the anime series for North American broadcast and distribution. Heavily edited and dubbed, 39 episodes of the series, renamed Cardcaptors, aired on Kids' WB and Cartoon Network. The episodes were released to DVD, and later all 70 dubbed episodes aired in other English-speaking countries.

No dude there's a huge difference

70 episodes got changed to 30-40 and they cut out every single hint of love in the series

if you watched that as a kid and liked it go watch the real series l:<

ICEE Slush Puppies. The ones you mix yourself at 7-11. Not this soft serve ice with soda mixed in, but actual crushed up ice and fruit flavour. I never see them anymore D:

Those were nice. I think one gas station around my town still has one left, but I don't know. It's been about 2 years since I last went to that particular stop. They've probably replaced it by now.

I remember walking up to the Shell station down the street with my brother to get one. I was 10 I think. Last time I ever saw one was way back when I was still in Ohio.

Junkyard wars. I remember I used to watch it all the time. It was pretty cool until they started being scavanger hunts for parts they put in the junkyard for them to use. Rocket engines? Really? I wanna see people build a racing boat from a truck hull or a paintball tank.

Are there even reruns of it anymore?

I loved playing Vigilante 8: Second Offense. It was basically a car battling game (similar to twisted metal). I remember that I would always play as the garbage truck. It was so satisfying to use the garbage man's special move, which was lifting your opponent, dumping them into the back of your truck, and COMPACTING THEM.

Tell me that's not awesome.

I have to say, though, to this day my biggest regret of all remains pawning my Dragon Warrior Monsters and Dragon Quest I & II (Game Boy Color). Even now, I have never played a game more intensely than Dragon Warrior Monsters. That shit was my childhood.

Same, I remember buying 2 videos of it (yes, videos, not DVD's) and I can still remember most of the opening theme tune.

Cardcaptor, catch them all, expect the unexpected etc etc etc.

That show where teams made robots and fought against each other.

I loved that show and watched it with my dad whenever it was on. I don't remember the name so I can't watch it again.
