AWKWARD ZOMBIE

I'm not used to it. I keep hitting the wrong keys cause they are flat. Anyone have any suggestions for dealing with this?

Use it more often, you get used to the layout. Trust me, I'm on my laptop right now as well. =]

It took me forever to get used to a regular keyboard after my lappy broke, but surprisingly little time to get used to the laptop in the first place.

Goodness my, you're writing on a laptop? Won't the get it messed up? I've always preferred typing with it.

If its really bad, get a cheap USB keyboard and plug it in. Tis' what I do.

I got used to it pretty quickly, though I did rip the enter key off because I kept accidentally hitting it.
Baw I miss my laptop now.

It's not that hard writing on a laptop... unless you keep hitting the touchpad in the middle while typing and completely messing yourself up.

Oh I hate doing that, but not only for typing. Playing games, using the keyboard t move around and stuff, and especially a mouse to do aiming and what-not (I attach a mouse because it's, you know, EASIER), and my palm touches the touch-pad and suddenly EVERYTHING IS ALL OMG-WTF'SGOINGONAAAAAAAH.....

Yeah. It takes some time to get used to it. You’ll have a hard time switching from thick to thin keyboards for a while, but you can rewire your brain with a bit of practice.

I had the same problem with hitting the touchpad constantly, but that was because 90% of the time I type with my hands in weird angles. Otherwise, I could actually type faster on a laptop, provided that I didn't hit the touchpad and fuck everything over.

Save up enough cheddar for a computer.

I'm always on a laptop.

And thus I can't type for shit on regular keyboards at all anymore :awesome:

Rip the keys out.

Get a real keyboard. You want an IBM M-series, part number 13914xx.
