AWKWARD ZOMBIE

There's this girl who lived down the street who would come over and play Smash Bros., Mario Party, etc.... Whenever I won she would go batshit insane and curse and try to destroy things.

I'm under 17, and I'm a pretty decent gamer. I think so, anyway.
I don't play very many online games.

1(a). People who say "No I don't EV train (implying that it doesn't matter and that they are superior to you and/or that you are a nerd because you do care and try to train your Pokemon to be the best they can be )."

X. People who say they don't recognise any Pokemon after the original 150 (and yes they often overlook #151 Mew).

-People who believe the only proper way to train your pokemon is to EV train them. Not saying this is you, but... Yeah. o___0 I'd never even heard of EV training until this year, I just fought whatever the fuck came my way if I had to and I enjoyed it.

@ 2 pages ago: as far as new people to melee goes, someone new probably wouldn't last more than a minutes tops against any good players, but in brawl theres MUCH less of a difference between veterans and newbs.
Also, as far as insanely broken characters, aside from snake and i guess MK, its fairly even. im a yoshi main, and still hold my own at tournies

I myself never took EV training seriously until Diamond/Pearl - this is the only version that gives you any real control over it.

I don't EV train in FR/LG, and I don't in R/S/E - only when I have traded Pokemon in via "Pal Park" do I then use "EV-lowering berries" to remove wasted EVs (on say "Attack" for a "Sp Attack" moveset Pokemon) and use the training items (say "Power Lens" = Sp Attack EV gain) plus Pokerus to maximise that Pokemon's potential.

It's really not that difficult - I'm not the kind of trainer that goes to a specific area that is full of Golbats to gain "Speed EVs" - that's just retarded and I'm too darn lazy.

that's like me with toon link. I never change because I suck with anyone else, if I'm with someone who forces me to change I alternate between toon link and pit.

The ones who spam the extremely spammable B in Brawl. I mean extreme spam, not like 3 presses. I'm talking 50.

Gamers who are barely gamers. Are you having trouble finding the freaking A button on the wiimote? You're thumb was just on it for gods sakes.
Gamers who complain that games don't have good enough graphics. Oh, sorry to hear that, now enjoy the freaking gameplay.
Gamers who say that people shouldn't use certain features in games. Exceptions may apply.

Anyone that runs from the game when it's losing (Zelda PH)

Also the cheaters that don't get any damage when I hit them (Still Zelda)

Playas who have a full team of Uber pokemon when poke battling.
Playas who say that if you don't know a certain technique or training thing that you're stupid and shouldn't play the game.

Play AirRivals for one hour, and you will manage to find a gamer who annoys the HECK out of you.

Seriously, just about everyone on Helix's BCU side are a bunch of kill-stealing jerks. If you're in the middle of killing some rare gold enemy in a level 20 area, some level 50 comes and one-shots it from you.

Anybody on Halo 3. Period.

Personally, I tend not to like people who play only shooters of any kind, but that might be because I just hate shooters in general.
I also dislike kill stealers and bots when I'm playing an MMO. I know the bot isn't a person, but there's a person behind there somewhere...
Also, people who take games really seriously, because I'm not usually serious about them and those people just rub me the wrong way.

But that's all I really have, because I mostly play alone.

PS: Is it okay to call myself a gamer if I also play games besides video games? <.<
