Iconsting looked down at his machete. "I suppose I'll be able to sell this to purchase any provisions we need." With that said, he made his way to a nearby general store, where he sold the weapon and purchased bread, cheese, water, and meat. "Alright, this should get us to Epona's castle, let's head out everyone." He insisted. There was something wrong with this city and he was ready to leave as soon as possible.

Zink was dead. Very dead. Not as dead as some things, mind you, but deader than most. He could be deader, but he was still dead. Less dead then he could be, but still very dead indeed.

That is, he was, until he wasn't.


"I... Wha.... How..." he said to himself and everyone who could possibly be nearby.

He looked up to see the child he had met before standing nearby, smiling.

"I knew it!" the child said, clearly very excited and pop flyin', "I knew that was your head!"

"...huh...?" Zink said, still very lightheaded. Being dead will do that to you.

"You were headless. I thought you were dead. But then I found your head, and everything is all better!"

"Well, that was ver-" Zink started to say.

But he didn't finish.

He suddenly flinched, as if recoiling from a strong blow. He had this strange feeling, almost as if someone had punched his consciousness in the face. Everything got blurry. He felt more lightheaded. Everything seemed so distant.

So far.

And then, just as suddenly as it had become distant, everything became clear. Very clear. Clearer than it had ever become before.

He suddenly understood. It all made sense. He knew now. He knew everything.

It stood. It picked up the wooden staff. It pointed at a wall. It concentrated, for a brief moment. Suddenly, a great bolt of lightning shot out of the staff and hit the wall.

It was no mere skeleton.

It was a lich.

The child stared at the singed wall, than at the staff, then at Zink. The child was in complete awe.

Zink stared at the staff. It was powerful, yes. But not as powerful as it could be. There was a step it needed to take before it truly unlocked its power as a lich. There was something it needed to do.

Zink turned to the child. "Child," it said, lowering the staff, "Come here for a moment. There is something... something I need you to do for me"

Regardless of what it might have been before, or what it used to be, the thing that had stood up that day and taken that staff certainly wasn't Zink anymore.

Using his rocket boots to blast out of the water, Ka-Doom creates a small ice chunk to slow bunyip.

The trap works, and Bunyip smashing against the ice block, taking 43 damage. Flying high above the water, Ka-Doom rain 14 massive shards of ice upon his foe, cause massive damage at a high mana cost. The frost magic strikes true, causing 32 damage each shard. Knowing he can't keep this up, Ka-Doom readies his claymore, enchanting it with ice. Using his rocket boots and wings he dives toward bunyip, his sword ready to strike. The sword takes bunyip in the side, causing 213 damage (critical). Bunyip chases Ka-Doom into the deep water. Bunyip takes 10 damage from poison.

Bunyip has 1061 health left and 22 mana left.
Ka-Doom has 376 health left, and 28 mana left. Also rocket boots are out of fuel.
