Can i buy premade decks of a certain color?

There are starter sets, but I think they are only half-decks. But it is easy to just add some extra cards.

I'm pretty sure the starter decks are mostly the main color you picked and partly another color, like Green/white, Blue/black, etc.

Yeah, you can do that, they are just 40 card decks, where the minimum is 60
so you just add on

The colors the deck contains is indicated on the package. It also tells you a bit how the deck is set up according to gameplay.

the rule for how many cards is pretty funny actually, you can have as many as you want as long as it doesn't fall over by itself.
