Drivers for what? It takes me an eon to get on to the drivers page since the Dell site pings for about 30 minutes before it loads up

Unfortunately Dimm has left but maybe there's something wrong with your provider? You should give them a call and see if they can give you any advice.

It runs things fine. I haven't checked my dad's computer.

Any computer you don't build yourself is terrible, but you can't avoid that with laptops. Dell makes pretty good lappys, actually.

I've never actually had any major problems with any Mac I've ever dealt with. That's actually saying something.
