Icon had barely finished his sentence when he was hit by a very large black rod. A black rod that could do many things, in fact.

"You really think I'm letting you take that key?"

The Crimson Phantom took the key from his fallen body and tucked it away safely. He knew this wasn't over yet. There were a lot of people who wanted this key, and they would use violence to get it.

"You can't take that," Icon said, crawling off the ground. "Lady Starseed demands it!"

"You think I care what that Vampire thinks? You think I don't want to save Torizo as much as she does?"

Zink sighed. Looks like they did have a reason to get the key after all. He had hoped is speech there would have ended it.

He started to think of a plan of action. What am I going to do now? he thought to himself, These guys look tough... really tough... I don't stand much chance against them in a direct confrontation... Suddenly, Jellyfisherson glowed, and as he did, Zink's train of thought immediately changed. They must be stopped he thought, or at least thought he thought, There is no other way. They must be stopped. It does not matter how. As long as they do not have the key

Almost robotically, Zink lifted the wooden staff. He then swung with a strength he didn't even know he had, hitting the Crimson Phatom right in the face knocking him to the floor. Zink quickly snatched the key and leaped backwards.

"I care not for what reasons you require this key" Zink, or at least what appeared to be Zink, said, "You must not be allowed to have it. You may test your luck, and die in battle, or you may run and hope that I am feeling merciful"

But I didn't have the key.
