Okay phew, just beat the final boss.

[spoiler]Apparently the whole "starting over from THE FUCKING BEGINNING" part was just me ragequitting after dying against the Malladus Engine and not saving, whoops. I did that the next time. Also that whistle thing really helps, if only someone would mention that in the game. However, it's still tough not getting boxed in by those certain two demon trains....[/spoiler]

[spoiler]ANYWAYS, omg. This game was so beautiful, I loved it. I sort of knew Byrne was going to have some sort of gay heroic sacrifice, but it still stung a bit. The part where they fused his theme with Zelda's was completely epic. Then as for Malladus and Cole...ahaha, wow. Fighting them ON TOP OF THE TRAIN was so scary, epic, and annoying I don't even have a word for it. Malladus has the scariest eyes I've ever seen, and when Cole started throwing Phantom-Zelda around on marionette strings, I freaked out. The actual final battle was pretty epic too, it's rare that you get a giant boss that Link is allowed to constantly hack at with his sword.[/spoiler]

Haha, Spirit Tracks is def. in my top 5 Zeldas.

A Zelda console game that's going to come out this year that we haven't seen anything of other than a poster?

1) Nintendo has been keeping this unusually secret (not very likely)
2) This new Zelda game is going to be short and shoddy
3) They'll go the way of Majora's Mask and recycle graphics and character models from Twilight Princess
4) It'll be delayed (most likely)

I think it's going to go the Majora's Mask route with the character models, but I do think we'll get some more actual wii controls. idk, I'm optimistic, I think we'll get it this year. I'm just excited for more Zelda! ^________^

I'm not too sure if this is right talking about Spirit Tracks (seeing as the thread is called 'New Zelda' and the new zelda seems to be that wii one but that has bodaciously zero info on it then I'll talk about Spirit Tracks).

[spoiler]So far I'm stuck on the last time you go to the Spirit Tower to get the Compass Of Light and then you've got to go the that Spirit Realm and then defeat bla de blah. Atleast this game is quite lengthy, although I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it.[/spoiler]

I'm seriously looking forward to the new Zelda game.
I'm a little uncertain about how much I'm going to like using the Wii-motion plus thing that the developers said would be required.

Does anyone have a Wii-motion plus? I want to know how sensitive it is to movement because I have extremely unsteady hands.

They said it'd be supported, not required.

If anything, it'll help you in whether you're doing a spin attack or a shield bash.
