blaaah... maybe they couldn't figure out a "third jump movement" and just left it at 2. LOL, have you seen the Links' second jump movements? How would anyone jump again after all that spinning? O_O. Besides, what's the whole point of gravity if you can just jump all over the place? Might as well put them in space and watch them explode. Well, I suppose they wouldn't do that because of Lylat Cruise physics. :awesome: HOKAY ENUFF SPEECH.

If everything I know is a lie, then does everything I don't know become the truth? Or is everything I know as a lie the truth? If I know that everything I know is a lie is the truth, then would that be a lie too? If everything and anything I know is a lie, then what is the truth? That's eeeeeeeee-zeeeeeeee! When jumping that character stores half of the kinetic energy. The character can release the energy at will to performe a double jump. The stored energy is unstable, which is why characters do some sort of weird spin when they double jump in smash bros. The reason they can't store the energy of a full jump, and then do a full jump is because storing all energy would put a massive strain on the body which would cause the character to either A. lose consciousness from the strain. B. be forced to release all the energy at once or C. die.

i agree... but i know why they can double jump and in some games triple...

Ho wait, I think they do have a third jump movement, except it's automatic, and not necessarily a "third jump." Okay, so, everyone knows that in Brawl, and the original, and Melee, you automatically grab a ledge when you're near one, right? Well, it can happen anywhere from right next to it to like about an inch on the TV screen* away from the ledge. Anyways, they sorta make a lunge at the ledge, unless there was a ledgehog. So, anyways, go see it for yourself, but just try not to die while you attempt it. Woo.

*NOTE: This is comparing with the size of my TV screen. It's rather small for a TV nowadays.
