Eh, the only ideas I got is making Toon Link, Ness and Lucas hang out. I think they'd have some chemistry.

Oh, and the ridiculousness of metal Olimar and his helmet.

I've got a few ideas here... but only managed to script one right...

I. Good News
It starts in a poor back alley or something, with Roy throwing his daily tantrum of not being in Brawl.

Random person who finds Roy (take your pick): ROY ROOOOY!!
Roy: Eh...?
Person: Roy! I've got GREAT NEWS!!
Roy: If it's about how great that CLONE is, I don't want to hear it...
Person: No... it's about YOU! YOU'RE.IN.BRAWL!
Roy: *JOLT + Sparkly eyes* REALLY?!!
Person: Yuppers, *gets out album* YOU'RE A STICKER!!

..........................................................

((Roy's reaction can now be picked... he can: 1.) bang his head on a nearby post/wall, 2.) return to a corner to sulk, 3.) curse his head off, etc. Just imagine it... the possibilities are endless.))

I was thinking, if you're going around making all these Pokemon faint in any Pokemon game, who's cleaning up the unconscious critters? Wouldn't they be just lying all over the land until they wake up?

In comic form:
Katies Character and her Empoleon or whoever go off on a level grinding spree, killing all sorts of basic Pokemon, in a sort of montage-y thing. Then for some reason they look behind them, and see a huge pile of knocked out Pokemon and they're all <:O
