New Character revealed in Spirit Tracks!

[spoiler]It's Shadow Link. I had no idea he was in there since I hadn't beat the Castle Town Battle Building yet. He's the final boss of the beat 'em all challenge.
My favorite thing about it is that his theme is the same my favorite theme in Phantom Hourglass "Final Battle: Bellum's Ghost Ship."
Also, he uses bombs. This is an obvious reference to FSA where that was one of Dark Link's weapons.

I got Spirit Tracks, it is fun .

I freaking hate those evil demon trains though (the ones that patrol).

I swear, Zelda's armor design reminds me so much of Alphonse's from Fullmetal Alchemist. <3

I wanna get this game, but it probably won't be on Christmas. Maybe a couple months from now.

Anyways, obviously our goal is long-passed, but I never got a chance to post my drawings for Zelda: Up in the Air, so:



Sky Pirate Captain, three magic keys, some items (Bounce Boots, Cane of Malea, Mirror Shield), and what I originally had as an alternate idea to the hot air balloon. Some kind of sky spirit that lets Link ride on his back. I figured there'd be a spirit for different elements of the sky, this one being clouds. Meh.

Some of my favorite Zelda dungeons took place in the sky.

I am in favor of this hypothetical Zelda game. But how many dungeons will there be? I mean, there'll be a rain dungeon, a lightning dungeon, an ice dungeon (snow, hail, sleet, what have you), but then what?

I'm still rooting for the mirror dungeon.

And the town ruins dungeon. Both of those are cool.

Would it be similar to Ocarina of Time's Hyrule Town with all of those Redeads?

Here's a totally wild thought - why couldn't that just be a new IP?

I also thought of another level. It could be the one where Link and Sky Pirate Lady (we need to settle on a name for her) team up momentarily. Perhaps a rival group of sky pirates has one of the shiny objects Link needs, so he has to infiltrate their sky-ship and Pirate Lady just happens to be there too. The first half would be the ship itself, then you get the item, and then the ship crashes into a cape. The second half of the dungeon is a sunken and destroyed ship, similar to the Crashed Frigate on Metroid Prime.

Also I'll hopefully be opening up Spirit Tracks tonight as one of my Christmas Eve presents. Squeeeeee.
