So wait.

I have one of those skylights in my bathroom, y'know, those windows in the ceiling.

If I took off my clothes to shower and some random neighbor just happened to climb onto the roof of the house and look down through the window and saw me, would I be placed under arrest even though technically, the person on my roof should be arrested for stalking on our property?

I dunno, the situation doesn't seem that much wackier than this one. 8l

It really wouldn't surprise me if something like that has/will happen. A family was sued by a burglar when he got locked in their garage without food or water while they were on holidays and the burglar won the case.

A burglar also sued a family when he managed to sting himself on a candle holder or whatever. A candelabrum.
