God of War got boring. I liked Ninja Gaiden 2 better.
And I think everyone knows I want to play Bayonetta like a mofo, but I don't want to start that fight again.

What the hell are you talking about? That just means you adjust the angle. As they're straight, its hardly gamebreaking.[/quote]

Yeah, no.

I just played this level earlier today in the GOW Collection, and there is no adjusting of angle at these points. You can move the camera left or right, no rotation. The beams are still at an angle and the camera changes about halfway through.

It's not hard to navigate, but because of the camera angle changing I fell off and gripped the edge a few times.

The argument isn't whether something like this single event is "gamebreaking", but that it's annoying and after it happens a few times in different locations, it starts to become annoying.

You just push it slightly to the left instead of straight foward, I can't see why thats so hard.

You'd be right, it's not hard to adjust a few degrees on the stick.

What I'm focused on here is that it's the camera that is artificially making this more difficult than it should be. I'm not saying that I should have full control over the camera, but when the camera angle moves halfway through when you're walking on the beam, and the forward direction you were just pressing is now "oh hay jump off the ship", there's a problem.

Personally, I never saw that as anything more than a mild annoyance. I can see where it would piss off some gamers, but I still say giving the 360 degree dodging mechanic with a fixed camera made it a better game. And by better, I mean one of the best of all time.

God of War is a bunch of press X to not die. You can't deny this.

It was fucking awesome combat, with "Press X to be even more awesome". Its only Press X not to die if, you know, its to stop you dieing, instead of killing the other guy.

You cannot deny this.
