roughly 230lbs, which I think would be too heavy for the blue one, but i'd classify him as medium weight

I dunno that's just what it said his weight was on some website I saw.

Also, I know I forgot to give him copy ability, so I guess switch B with Down-B, and make B (now napalm bomb) to copy ability. don't know how that'd even work though. not like he eats the other guys like kirby does.

Also how would weaknesses work out? I guess using the copied move on somebody would do like 10% or 15%, but the one that its a weakness to would be like 30%. though you could probably throw that part out altogether.
