I really like the idea of that, Ame. However, when using her power, I'd a) attempt to use the physical manifestation of said power more often than not: (she herself turns into what they fear,) at least as often as possible. ((Some people their biggest fear as failure, and if she turned into them with an EFG mask, the other heroes would have a hard time figuring out who is who.)) And b), following that, try and shoot for quantity and not quality. Instead of a big booty rat or huge radioactive spider that'd make Godzilla shit bricks, have her body break down into millions of spiders or hundreds of mice.

Just suggestions, though, so I'll shut my trap.

I'm an Super-phile, if I may be so bold. I really enjoy reading up on superpowers, the weaknesses to said powers, the drives of the super-humans, and the state that the powers put them into. I love being able to get into the heads of all the characters and pick at what makes them tick. Mental instability has to be my favorite pick of the lot. I mean, seriously, who could have the powers of mind reading and not break down from all the fragmented sentences that just ram themselves inside your head, almost constantly?

So post away, Ame. I'd love to read on her.

You are assuming that Telepathy cannot be targeted or controlled.

In most stories, it can be.

Yes, in most cases it is, but I for one believe that not all people with the same powers control it the same way. (Does that make any sense?) Take for instance, John Jonzz: He had a perfect grasp on his telekinetic power until something truly stressful occurred in his life. ((The hope that his wife may still be alive, in one arc.))

I'm not going to throw down all the others like Jean Grey, who suffered similar breakdowns, or Prof. X, but not all of them held the same amount of the ability, or had a difficult time controlling it if they reached the same level.

Telekinesis when it awakens must be a very hard thing to grasp in most stories. It would take time to find the On/Off switch, and if one doesn't, they could potentially go insane from it. ((Or flee to Antarctica with all the Penguins.))

My power would be that I'd emit a large aura that if anyone steps inside they share ANY physical deformation, wound, disease, anything amongst themselves while I'm immune to them.

Example: one man goes in with a broken arm, another man walks in with cancer, now they both have cancer and a broken arm while I don't.

Also I would be able to transmit ANY problem I had to anyone nearby, plus I would have quite minor regeneration. Nothing Wolverine or Deadpool grade, it'd be slow but noticeable. And the regeneration does not transmit.
The only way to kill me without putting yourself at risk is with very long range guns.

------------------------------------------

Ability 2: Superior strength.
What's the difference you might ask?
Super strength is a set level of power above normal levels of muscle strength.
Superior strength is where your power grows with more powerful enemies over time, plus being able to take a hit, absorb the strength of the blow, and power up to be slightly stronger.

This power is HIGHLY flawed because:
1. You can become strong enough to kill Chuck Norris just by patting him on the back.
2. There is a defensive limit. You start out weak and become strong with fighting, but going against the hulk while as strong as a nerd will get you killed.
Plus if you become too strong your body cannot contain your massive power and will be attacked just by your very existance, which will make you stronger, etc. until your body pops like a blood filled baloon.

Any idea as to what an outlet might be, Vrom? How to expend the energy pent up so you become nerd-strong again?

John Lee Supertaster - tastes more than we do.

Edit- Vrom, do you control that power, or does it just happen? Because that could make way for a very brutal origin story.
For example, imangine your parents were shot, and you knocked out, but when the medics came to treat your parents, they suffered from the bullet wounds. The TRAGEDY.

It just sounds like it could become very interesting.

Consentrate, believe very hard, wish upon a star, click your heels together and say there's no place like home.
Or just force it to your lungs and cough up pure raw power/force/energy mist.

I never thought of it like that... I was just going to use that ability on a villain and have an epic fight with one of my characters and make the bad guy just get decapitated in the end.

But I likes the origin story there.

I meant like exhaling a little cloud of white energy, and forcing it OUT of your body, like venting toxic gasses. So it just doesn't build up yo.

Wouldn't that be just as hazardous? It is leftover kinetic energy floating around in the air. You'd figure it'd bitch-slap a couple of folks before dissipating. Or, you know, at least be a health hazard.

EDIT: Y'know, I could imagine it biologically breaking down into a belch. Probably shatter some eardrums, but other than that, it'd totally be worth it.

There ya go.

And if I couldn't get either of those two powers, then I want the power to do what is going on in your signature, Xeraphem.

Isn't that what the Hulk Hogan used to do, which then created the term 'hulking up'?

Do I smell a Hulkamaniac?
What? No. I know nothing of this "Hulkamania" of which you speak of.

I've always liked the idea of being able to summon drawings into reality (wether it be living or inanimate). A sketchbook would become kinda like a spellbook.
