Like it says. What do you love best? Worst? What scared you, etc.?

For me, even though I could count its pixels, that freaky rotting wavy-arm thing in the bottom of the well in Zeldo:OoT was the worst. D: Oh, god, it terrified me. Me and my mom bring it up sometimes and talk about how freaky it was/is.

The Butcher in Diablo I was pretty freaky too, at the time.

[spoiler]And the Cow Level really scared me for some reason. I kept wondering what had happened to the farmers.[/spoiler]

EDIT: I guess that isn't really a spoiler, but eh... technically, it doesn't exist or something.

Re-deads will forever hold a special place in my mind, eternally scarring my inner child with their screams and rape.

Also, Black Rabite is hands down the best monster ever.

Anything that runs at you really fast.

The blind one in Resident Evil 4 and the blind thing in Gears of War.

That reminds me of fast headcrab zombies.

Crayk, Bane of Courage from Phantom Hourglass was an absurdly well designed boss. I walked in expecting something that I had to shoot a bunch of times with arrows, but when it disappeared, I didn't know what the hell I was doing. I tried shooting it, but nothing worked. Finally, realized that you had to shoot it while it was coming at you, instead of running away (genius idea). This would all be fine and dandy if it weren't invisible, and required you to judge by the top screen where it was. Toughest boss in the game, no contest.

Wall/floor masters, redeads, and dead hand from the Legend of Zelda all hold a special, terrified place in my heart.

Metroids are the best for me, a bit of a hassle in the 2D ones, but still m fav.
Worst are goddamn Atlus mechs in Mechassault, never beat the game because of one level you had two of them right on you and they always killed me.

The hell knights in Diablo I are awesome. Its like an epic battle every time you rush up to them and start hacking at 'em. I like the clanging of their armor. I was sad when they didn't return in Diablo II, yet all of the other hell denizens did. Those new guys suck massively.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE the tonberries from Final Fantasy. "Creepin ova to ya wit mah KNIFE. Gots a grudge gonna STAB you". I actually had a nightmare once, that i was trying to run away from some .

Agreed. Because you can't even get to the half way point of killing it without thinking "aww, it's so cute" while it is ripping you apart limb from limb.

Jesus Christ, yes. D: I remember those. I would never, ever do that one room in the Forest Temple because of the Wallmaster in there. I always made my mom do it...
