I'm 21 and I was barely 14 when I first made this account. I wonder if anyone here is over 30.

Recipe for a broccoli casserole called for 4 cups of cooked rice. I didn't notice the cooked part so I cooked 4 cups of rice and ended up with like 10 cups of rice. What do? I like rice but not that much lmoa.

Doesn't rice keep pretty well even when cooked? And ye rice is great, eat it all the time nowadays.

I've only recently started eating rice since I found out I like Chicken Tikka Masala and as a result I have no idea what else it goes well with.

it can get dry in the fridge, so if you're gonna use leftover cooked rice it's good to put it in something saucy like curry or stew. stir fry might be ok too if you fry the rice first. but i definitely recommend you make fresh rice if you're going to eat it as a side to something.
