As much as I love MGSV, it's not hard to tell that it wasn't quite finished. (It's pretty apparent when the actual last mission and resolution to several plot points isn't even in the game.)

One thing that stuck out to me is that you encounter all these ex-MSF soldiers who attack you for no explained reason while jerking around like the Skull soldiers, also for no explained reason, and then you...recruit them back into your army, and nobody ever acknowledges any part of that.
Metal Gear Solid V

I haven't played MSG5, so at first this comic didn't make sense to me, but after reading the commentary below the comic, I'm fairly sure the whole point is that it didn't make sense to people who did play the game either. So, fortunately, I don't feel left out at all!

This is what happens when you roam the scorching deserts of Afghanistan for 9 years. That's right kids, your arms don't work, your running stance is ruined, but you'll run faster anyways. Basically, you'll become a cartoon character! Welp, there's nothing several tranquilizer shots won't do

Actually, they remind me a bit of Mike Meekins for some reason.

I don't think I got the joke but bodaciously everything else about the comic made it hard not to chuckle. Ah, comedy...
Also is anybody going to point out the absolutely amazing onomatopoeia in this comic? No? Alrighty then. I'll say that I quite like it.

Interestingly, that unintelligible babbling confines itself to the middle row of letters on a QWERTY keyboard.

Say, why isn't there a comic about Quiet? There could've been a comic by now about how she's the best sniper and can hunt you down in the middle of the night in near silence but can't seem to turn around 180 degrees to assist you while you take cover from like 5 screaming soviets throwing frags and trying to gun you down at 12 pm.

The cartridge was uneven.

HungUp on Thread 4
RCP is HUNG UP!!

(clears throat)

Did anyone else have that purple-gray n64 controller that was see-through, and you could see the flimsy little circuit boards?

Also, this comic never happened because the 15 hour helicopter ride each soldier takes back to mother base has a complimentary audio loop of 'Love Deterrence.'
Which, as we all know, is the most effective cure for ptsd.

Man, I REALLY need to play a metal gear solid game. But I'm worried I'd suck at the game because I can't stealth right. :(
