I personally prefer Majora's Mask, but I'm not sure it's quite as good as Ocarina of Time. I still say Ocarina of Time is a superb example of how to build a world in a way only video games can and it's one of the best 2D to 3D transitions we've ever seen.

Wind Waker might be better, but daisies, its writing had problems. We'll have to see how Breath of the Wild turns out.
