In different news, youtube and GEMA finally came to an agreement after years, meaning no more videos are getting locked in Germany for maybe containing music belonging to a GEMA member.

Also why would a Trump supporter burn down a church and paint Vote Trump on it? That makes no sense, seems like a setup imo.

Yes, because Trump's supporters have really shown themselves to be the most cool-headed, logical, intelligent individuals.

It was crazy to watch live, pretty scary stuff, but interesting, just thought I would share.

Honestly, even as someone who hates the idea of Trump getting into office, my first thought when I heard about that was "oh boy, now comes the part where no one can tell if it was the crazy KKK-esque part of his fan base, or someone wasting their time on sabotage."
It seems a bit too far for sabotage, though. I heard someone joke that "nah, the crazier dems just burn down Republican buildings for that sort of thing. Not black churches." Which, honestly has merit to it. I'm leaning towards a cluster of particularly, uh, "zealous" Trump supporters, who probably just happen to also have shitty beliefs in regard to how they treat their neighbors.
Remember, there are crazies on all factions.

There is a huge overlap between Trump supporters and white supremacists, including terrorists, because this is exactly the kind of people Trump is courting. The media never treats them as terrorists because they are White.

Take this example. The article makes no connection to Trump, but their motivation align perfectly with the hateful racist stuff Trump says everyday. You cannot deny that, and you cannot ignore that this is exactly the kind of dangerous people Trump's discourse is rallying and exalting.

I'm scared of what is going to happen when the results come in. Trump supporters have threatened massacres and a civil war if Hillary Clinton is elected, and they would take Trump's election as a validation of their racial hatred and could start intimidating non-white people more directly, as it happened in the UK after Brexit.

I mean, stuff like that happens every election, I won't judge a presidential candidate based on the actions of other people, I will listen to what they have to say, and if I agree with them, I will vote for them. So far, I agree more with Trump than Hillary.

Good. How about for encouraging, supporting and normalizing those actions?

Then I guess you need your hearing checked, considering the things your candidate has said include endorsements for torture, murder of civilians, sexual assault, violence against protesters, censorship of the press, assassination of a political opponent, and more widespread arming of foreign powers with nuclear weapons. Or is your sense of morality just completely compromised?

Can we all just agree not to talk about politics until Tuesday? Really accomplishes nothing right now.

I don't think it would accomplish more after Tuesday.
