Yes. I've heard custom games are 60 tick, so hopefully all the servers become 60 tick. Also if anyone is on PC and wants to play with me and a few of my friends tonight around 9:30 EST, hit me up.

I'm down for it, Granny Benson, I'm starting to grow into a Junkrat or Roadhog main, I seem to do the best with those, but I'm also a good Pharah or Reinhardt.

Alright. None of us are too competitive with the game so it doesn't matter too much who you play. We try not to have more than one of each champion (because they hate fun) but other than that, play whoever you want. None of us have mains so we can fill whatever hole is missing. When I get home from work, I'll see about adding you on battle.net.

I'm taking a liking to Torbjorn, Zenyatta, and Junkrat.

Pikscast#1829, add if you wish.

Last night I was playing defense on Gibraltar and my team decided that three Torbjorns would be integral to our success. After losing the first three checkpoints I decided "fuck it" and went Torbjorn as well. We ended up winning with four Torbjorns and two other useless heroes.

I feel dirty for having done that.

The last point of that russian map whose name I don't know and isn't listed on the Overking site (because why would the Overwatch version of WoWhead have information like, you know, MAPS.) is a pain in the booty to assault. Or at least the version we were trying to take against two torbjorns, a bastion, a widowmaker, a junkrat and a sixth guy who kept alternating between roadhog, reinhardt and lucio was. Those flying platforms that go across the assaulting-left side I was made very aware of because their Bastion parked himself in turret mode on one and would just zip by on a sky loop out of my grenade launcher range.

Try to imagine working your way through a chokepoint where the main doors are protected by two level two turrets (with one torb or the other pretty much always being ready with an ult if things get dicey) and a tank, the raising platform on the right (and the doorway area) are being camped by junkrat, and everything to the left has a turret bastion whizzing by, backed up by their sniper.

The name is Volskaya Industries, and it's one of the more heavily complained about maps next to Hanamura

I have more annoying games on Route 66 than either of those two maps. I don't understand what makes them so bad?
IMHO, Lijang Tower and Nepal are much harder to play. Not a lot of cover for either team which means abilities like High Noon are very strong.

Bastions are easy to crack. Shield with Reinhardt and shoot it with Widowmaker. Hook it with Roadhog and nuke it. Stand next to one of the corners it passes around and use the flashbang + fan the hammer with McCree. There are so many ways to get rid of the bastion.
The turrets are easy to kill with a Pharah. Just use the splash damage from the rockets to damage them. Another way is to bait out the damage from the turret as Reaper kills them with the shotgun. You could also use Mei's walls to stop them from damaging you. Press E to turn the wall and block off the side the turret is on and then kill the other one.

I can think og many more counterplays on that map. Lijang Tower is a clusterfuck on the other hand and is just a brawl map. Same with Nepal. There is nothing you can really do to defend yourself other than situational abilities, but the classes that have those abilities aren't always the best to use to defend yourself with for other classes. It means that the people attacking always have the upper hand if they actually switch to counter the defending classes.

I really like the single capture point levels. Ilios' stage with the well in the middle of the capture point is just troll city though.

In other news the Overwatch store on Blizzard's website has a ton of great shirts. I was thinking of getting the Symmetra icon shirt since it comes in a nice "teleporter blue" shade. Zarya' is pretty good too.
