Then he goes ahead on the quest anyway because he wants his castle back, dammit.

But then he steals or breaks the last star piece right after Smithy is defeated, just to make a point.

Oh, another thing, every time I see Geno, I have to keep reminding myself that he's not Puppetmon. I don't know why, but I keep mixing up the two.

Also, out of curiosity, what would happen if you wished that the magical star macguffin (Whatever it's called, I never played Super Mario RPG) was never created?

I'm pretty certain that they only grant benevolent wishes, or rather goes by "Da Rules" from Fairly Odd Parents. In which you can't wish for mass destruction, kill or such.

Not so much a singular macguffin as it is a location. The star road is where a bunch of star spirits like Geno hang out and grant wishes, apparently.

And without the road, the wishes just fall from the sky and land on Star Hill.

C'mon Geno, believe in the me that believes in you believing in Bowser(don't believe in Griffith though). Also, I am surprisingly close to figuring out how to make it look like the right font without actually being it.

I find this comic to be grade-A-level of funny. I can't stop laughing, even though most of everything until the panel 7 goes *whoosh* over my head. All the build-up to the last few panels, then "FREE WILL, CHUMPS!" absolutely kills me.
