It's exciting, but frustrating, yeah. Especially since how after the first trailer of X&Y it was about 5 months until we got substantial information.

And we haven't even gotten a trailer for this yet, and the hype of the announcement got deflated by the copyright findings yesterday.

Oooh new Cockfighting Society games.
I like the names of these. Moon version all the way for me. Starting now until the holidays "Pokemon" and "moon" are going to be the most frequent words put into my search engine.

And here I have been waiting for Z, thinking "they always do a third one with more content, just wait for that". Haha.

Japan's probably gonna drop a couple new designs and megas on the way to the holidays, and that gets leaked in about 4 seconds of introduction, so I'm sure we'll get some extra news maybe in March.

For those interested in (or own) the GB Cockfighting Society games on 3DS, you can still get both Missingno and Mew.

Super hyped to buy Blue tommorow, hope I can get some friends in the area to help me complete my Pokedex.

Apparently you can transfer Pokemon from RBY Virtual Console to the new Sun and Moon games, so... anyone up for seeing how Missingno is gonna be dealt with?

It's probably going to be dealt with by being on the trading blacklist. Nintendo's fully aware of Missingno and other 'god' pokemon in the gen1 games; I'm sure they've planned ahead for them.

I'm hoping that one of the groups at the offices have a sense of humor and allowed for it to "slip" through the cracks. If that were to happen, I'd love to see the first Cockfighting Society: S&M competition have at least one of the finalists using Missingno.

And, now, I just realized how wrong that last sentence sounds.

Imagine if they make Missingno into a "new" Pokemon just to have a stopgap for that to happen.

That'd be amazing. MissingNo. actually becomes a legit Pokemon in Gen. VII, but can only be caught by breaking Gen. I games.
Imagine a MissingNo. with a full 3D model. it's insane?

There's some talk/rumormongering that the reason there was no actual game footage is because the games are going to be for the NX, and Nintendo hasn't officially revealed the NX yet so they can't show anything.

While I personally don't think it's true, it would be an incredibly smart move for Nintendo. Cockfighting Society as a launch title will solve all the install base problems.
