The very first time I did it (six years ago), I changed my avatar on a forum I frequented to a slightly older looking character each hour until I reached a fossilized skeleton of some sort at 10PM. Then I reverted back at midnight.

I instructed a few friends to start sending me a song each year, as well (until they freaking forgot! Those jerks!!).

I don't have the patience to do something like that.

That song is really catchy. I usually send my friends the clip from Dethklok where they get murderface nothing for his birthday.

Yea, but the drinking one isn't important to me, my family generally just offers me alcohol so I can get it from them. I don't drink anyway though.

But yay, for lower car insurance rates!

Like three of my friends in the voice chat we use waited until 11:59 last night and then screamed "pop flyin' Birthday." I thought that was funny.
