Honestly, the inspiration for this edit was the fact that I THOUGHT that this was the direction the comic was going to take when I was reading it for the first time. It's blind, not deaf, it can hear you talking.

Also, first edit of this comic, go me.

Oh, and I just remembered to ask...is this the most "gruesome" AZ comic to date? I don't recall there being blood like this in other comics (there's been blood before, sure, but it was usually used in a cartoonish slapstick sense).

Wow, do they really claim the enemies in The Last of Us use echolocation, and that being quiet/still makes it somehow harder to be seen? I already thought that game was pretty dumb, but holy poop.

I love how in the game, the zombies only detect Joel by sound. Ellie could be playing the tuba inches away from them, and they won't react, but Joel makes the tiniest creak... They're doomed.
