The subreddit Syobon linked is great. Alternatively, there is also /r/buildapcforme where you name your budget and what you're going to use the pc for and they will make you a list of parts. Though I'd recommend just learning it on your own. Also, /r/buildapcsales can help you save cheddar.
EDIT: The pc you linked isn't bad, but it could be better for the price. Instead of the 8 core AMD processor, you could get an i5 4460 or something and an R9 290 instead of the GTX 960. Also, the power supply they picked is kinda on the cheap side. You never want to cheap out on the power supply.

Here's a build I just put together for you for ~$750. It could probably be a little better, because I'm a few months out of the loop on this stuff now and have barely looked at the 300 series AMD cards or Intel's Skylake series yet, but it's better than the build you linked. It's lacking an SSD, but you can get one for like 50 bucks more.
