AWKWARD ZOMBIE

Ummm... I don't know if this will help much but...

Roy is sitting outside of the Smash-house seeming a bit... off (uncertain of if he'd be crying or pop flyin'... or crying because he's pop flyin'). Lucina notices and approaches to ask him what's wrong. Roy says that he doesn't get why people seemed to forget him so easily and even now, when he's finally back in the house, people seem to ignore him. Lucina replies that she understands fully and explains that she wasn't even supposed to be in the smash-house until MH made a mistake in the paperwork and wouldn't admit to it causing her to be let in. She confesses that, even though the residence have been nice and welcoming to her she's gotten a lot of mad messages saying she 'shouldn't belong' and should leave the house. Roy notes that that isn't like what he had and he was simply forgotten. Lucina says he wasn't and that at least some people are glad to see him and offers to be his friend.

Not that funny, I know, but... Well... It always bugged me how much hate Lucina gets for being a Marth clone yet people pine for Roy... so the idea of them actually being friends with each other as both are sort of trapped in Marth's shadow seems interesting to me.

A purely comedy-based one for Civ V. Rameses is building the pyramids and they are nearing completion. He mentions how it has taken hundreds of years, diverted resources from providing things like basic food, but it will all be worth it to have this wonder to the gods completed! Then a messenger runs up proclaiming that word has arrived that the vikings have completed the pyramids electing a disapproving glare. The next panel shows the decaying pyramids, forgotten, while the viking dude is resting atop his own viking pyramids wearing sunglasses.

Shredder Special/What's in the Box?/Disassembly Line:
A bunch of Toads work on an assembly line constructing item blocks for Mario Kart. One Toad peels a banana and packs the peel in the block. Throws the fruit into a bowl.
TOAD 1: "I'm sick of bananas for every meal."
Another Toad gets a Koopa on the assembly line and pulls it out of its shell. Throws the Koopa in a bowl.
TOAD 2: "Tastes better than these guys."

Possible extension show that the workers are chained to their workstations
TOAD 3: "Shut up or they'll put you in a box."
A Koopa chained to another station is holding a butcher knife and a tied up Toad. He's stuffing Mushrooms into boxes.

I can't think of a good title but here we go:


A beat-up and tired looking Roy sits down on a bench after getting beaten in a fight, and he gets a small tug on his sleeve. Zoom out, revealing Young Link sitting next to him with a sleeping Pichu on his lap, and Young Link just says "You're lucky."

Crunch Time/Cave Story/Location, Location, Location/Location Locomotion:
Trainer Katie leaves her Secret Base and finds a better location.
KATIE: "Neat."
Katie uses Secret Power. Meanwhile Norrin visits her old base in a cave.
NORRIN: "Katie!? You in?"
Cave collapses around him as Katie opens new Secret Base.

Tree Saps/Truncated:
Single panel comic of seven crushed fighters underneath one chopped down Whispy Woods and one triumphant Villager with an axe.

This has potential for adorable pichu.

Yeah, that would be cute.
I've always had the idea that Young Link in this comic would be similar in personality to Roy here, but a little more on the narcissistic side, but having a soft spot for Pichu, that maybe he himself had caught for Master Hand.

Lip Lock/Pokemono: The Kissing Disease:
Trainer Katie uses a Slurpuff to take on another Trainer's Spinda.
KATIE: "Use Draining Kiss!!"
Slurpuff kisses and drains Spinda's HP.
TRAINER: "Oh, yeah? Use Copycat!!"
Spinda copies the move and drains back the HP. Both Pokemon get into a facebattling match. Both trainers start wincing at the off panel sight and sounds. Norrin wanders by.
NORRIN: "Who's winning?"
KATIE: "No one is winning."

Lavanti/Hot Pocket:
Trainer Katie defeats some baddies, saving the day. Puts on a pair of sunglasses and salutes some nearby citizens.
KATIE: "Let's get out of here, Marshtomp! Use Dig!!"
Marshtomp spins into the ground and Katie leaps after it, Bugs Bunny style. They immediately jump back out of the hole as it fills with lava.
KATIE: "We might have found a magma pocket. I'm not a geologist, LET'S MOVE PEOPLE!!"

The Dark Type Rises:
Trainer Katie goes to set up a Secret Base in a cave. Pops inside to find a man in a Zubat costume sitting in front of a computer analyzing criminal statistics.
KATIE: "Right, cave occupied, I'll just..."
Katie sprints away.

Katielocks/Bear Necessary Violence/Tri Bear Attack/Just Wrong/Poor Ridge:
Trainer Katie finds a cave to make a Secret Base in.
KATIE: "Neat, this one already has beds."
Katie falls asleep. Standing over her is a Beartic, Ursaring, and Teddiursa.

Street Fighter/Smash Bound:
Ness is sitting in a bar drinking. (Cola I imagine)
NESS: "So...yeah. Saved the world, met the girl I'm probably going to marry, impressed her parents, traveled the globe, and partied with rock stars."
BARTENDER: "So what's the problem?"
NESS: "It's kind of depressing to peak at age thirteen. What do I do with the rest of my life? Run for public office? Write a book?"
STRANGER: "There's always the world of illegal superpowered fight clubs."
Ness looks intrigued and glances over to see Master Hand wearing a trenchcoat.

Legend of Yoink/Secured Link:
Link opens a Treasure Chest holding all his dusty gear. He takes it all out and polishes the various pieces of equipment and puts them on. In the background we see trophies from his various quests. Link stands there holding all his gear and sighs.
LINK: "All dressed up and nowhere to go."
Master Hand falls from above like a Wall Master and grabs Link, carries him off.

Muk Maneuver/Grimer Gambit:
Trainer Katie makes it through the last of Trick Master's puzzles.
TRICK MASTER: "I can't believe you beat it! I spent all night setting up those arrow panels."
KATIE: "You're gonna spend a whole night cleaning up the mess I left."
We flashback to see Katie spinning on panels and projectile vomiting all over the room.

Human Suffering:
Trainer Katie gets injured on her journey, becoming ill or bloodied. Opens up her Medicine Pocket and examines each one. Every one of them is designed for Pokemon use only and lists some terrible side effect. Later a shopkeeper cleaning behind his counter when he looks up and sees a trail of blood leading to his register. Katie drags herself to a standing position and slaps some money on the counter.
KATIE: "Human medicine if you would."
Shopkeeper points at sign behind him that reads Pokemart. Katie collapses.

Honeypot/Tea Leaf Me Alone/Tea Room Blitz/Tea Totalled:
Trainer Katie walks into a dark room stealthily. Begins gathering small boxes and other items. We see her mixing and pouring various things. She reaches over to one final object and quietly pops off a lid. Suddenly she hears a series of crashes and thuds. She sighs, turns on the light, and opens the windows. We see that she's been brewing tea and the final jar she opened was the honey. Smacked against the window is a hoard of Taillows. Katie sips her tea.

Acid Trip/Corrosive Carousel:
Ace Trainer sends Arbok against Trainer Katie's Starmie. Arbok uses Wrap, trapping Starmie. Starmie counters with Rapid Spin. Arbok hangs on valiantly only to succumb to motion sickness. Arbok vomits Acid like a yard sprinkler while everyone takes cover.

Setting: Prof. Oak's Lab

Professor Oak: And here you go Katie! Your very own Pokadex!

Katie: Cool! What's it do?

Professor Oak: Well, as my assistant you'll be going out into the world to catalogue every pokemon you can possibly find!

Katie: Wait. You haven't catalogued them before? Why?

Oak: Well...

*cut to a wikipedia-style page with a Pokemon entry outright glorifying Gary Oak*

Mac Daddy/Eraser Headed:
The Apple Kid is working on his latest invention, The Eraser Eraser.
KID: "Finally. An eraser that erases erasers. Now for the final test!!"
Apple Kid flips a switch. The device erases itself.
KID: "Success...wait...huh..."
Apple Kid looks around.
KID: "I suppose I should write this result down."
Apple Kid groans in frustration as he realizes he has no pencils in his house.

Roll Fall/Temple of Zoom/Arch Enemy:
Indiana Jones, or a non-copyrighted facsimile, is trying to remove a Darmantian Zen Mode statue from a pressure switch. He makes the grab only for a round boulder to roll after him. He's getting away before the rock speeds up and runs him over. It then reveals itself to be a Golem performing Rollout so it runs him over a couple more times.

Shellshock/See Shell Sharp:
Megaman lands on Bowser's spiked back and dies instantly. The next panel has Megaman running while Bowser gives chase backwards with his shell out.
MEGAMAN: "Quit it! Quit it!"
Possibly have Dedede chase him with a Gordo.
Possible alternative delivery has Megaman running from Dedede holding a Gordo only to be confronted by Bowser's shell and then Kirby.
MEGAMAN: "Help me Kirby!!"
Kirby turns into a spikey object.

Fun Size/Cartoon Violence/Final Slash/Shrinky Link:
Toon Link is demonstrating a potential new Final Smash for Master Hand on Sandbag. Master Hand throws him a Smash Ball.
MASTER HAND: "Go for it."
LINK: "Let's do this Ezlo!!"
Link's hat comes to life.
EZLO: "Shrink and shred!!"
Link runs at Sandbag, shrinks out of sight and hits Sandbag.
There's a pause and then Link grows back to full size inside Sandbag while performing a spin attack.
MASTER HAND: "No. The ESRB would have my wrist."

Alternative ending.
MASTER HAND: "Sooo...you just dismember one fighter?"
Link activates the Four Sword and multiplies.
LINK:"No."
LINK:"No."
LINK:"No."
LINK:"No."

Gun Shipping/Fusion Ha Ha/Shock Absorbent/Guesses, Grabbing, and Gutters:
Lucina overhears part of a conversation as she's walking past a room.
PIT: "Whoah...it's...squishy and warm."
SAMUS: "Careful what you squeeze."
Lucina turns the corner to see Samus with her back turned towards her. Pit is in front of Samus and partially out of view. He's grabbing some part of her. Lucina blushes, covers her mouth and hurries away. We switch views to see from the other side. Samus is wearing her Fusion Suit and Pit is examining the blue organic pieces of the armor on her arm near the spikes.

Rank and Misfile/Rank Stench/S Ranks/Pecking Order/'Za'p/Irrational Pie Arguments:
A bunch of the Smash crew is together and fighting over the last couple slices of pizza. They end up arguing based on rank and try to figure out who's in charge. Olimar and Falcon claim Captaincy. Kirby eats one of them and claims the same. Lucina, Marth, Zelda, Ganondorf, (and Roy) bring up their royal rank. Palutena mentions she's a Goddess. This goes on some time before Master Hand descends.
HAND: "QUIET FOOLS, MY RANK IS MASTER!!"
He grabs the last slice of pizza as the crew fails to find any argument.
ROY: "Can you even eat pizza?"
Master Hand throws the pizza against the wall and then disintegrates it.
HAND: "NO."

Alternative delivery has Mario arrive at the end and take the last slice with no arguments from anyone.

Oppa Gundam Style/Mecha Munchies/Robotic Operating Body:
A bunch of food lands on the ground in battle. They should really get some plates or takeout boxes. The various Smashers grab something to eat. They get curious as they spot R.O.B. from behind grabbing food. R.O.B. realizes he's being watched and turns around. We find out that R.O.B. is being piloted Gundam style by Louie* from Pikmin.

A Link Between Words
Link is walking through a dungeon/cave and notices a scragly looking/slightly broken chest/rusty chest. As he walks towards it, he suddenly he notices/gets (slightly) startled by an orange-ish light (or just the text showing up) on the ground.
He looks, but the message is in an unintelligible/unknown language. He moves on to the chest. (maybe after shruging or just ignoring it afterwards.)

And suddenly starts getting eating from the waist down/nearly ambushed by a mimic. (Perhaps a classic state of the mouth being open when something happens such as 'Hunter Gatherer' what's-his-face gets attacked by a cougar/first animal that attacks him?)
(In the case of being eaten from the waist down, have the Dark Souls 2 message "window" show on the screen saying "be wary of mimicry" or have the message in a long, vertical panel showing the orange message again, as well below it saying "be wary of mimicry".)

i've thought of this before and I feel it needs to be done

Y Gonna Give It To You:
Mewtwo grabs the Smash Ball and transforms in a blinding aura. The other fighters cower as he powers up. At first. Then they gush over how cute he is. Mewtwo is annoyed as they group hug him.

Alternate Extended Endings:
His rage builds and he unleashes his attack.
MEWTWO: "Now we all have headaches!!"

Mewtwo tosses his Mega Stone aside and pulls out a different one. Transforms into Mega Mewtwo X. Starts attacking.
MEWTWO: "ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?!"

Ok So when you kill A Corpus enemy or a Grineer Enemy in warframe sometimes they flail and credits fly out as loot. Well what if it really shows it. Any warframe shoots something. They cry out in pain. Take the time to pull out there wallet. Throw cheddar into the air. And then fall over going Bleck!

Payback:
Starts with Mega Gyarados being defeated
Lysandre: NOOOOO! I can’t believe this. All my work, for nothing! No. NO! I will not let it end this way. There is enough energy to activate the weapon one more time. So if I have to go down, I’ll take all of you with me!
Katie: (Holds out hand like she’s expecting something) *a-HEM*
Lysandre: Oh, right… (Reaches into pocket) Here you go.
Caption: got 10,000 for winning.

Doesn't have to be Lysandre, could easily be the same joke with any of the other villains in Pokemon, just using him as an example of how weird it is that even though they're evil and criminals they still pay you after they lose.

Most Dangerous Game:
The battered Smash fighters end their day of beating each other up and return, looking rather bruised and battered. Master Hand is there to greet them.
HAND: "FIGHTING DONE? GOOD. IT'S GAME NIGHT!!"
ROY: "That sounds like fun. What're we playing?"
HAND: "TROPHY RUSH!!"
ROY: "Oh, boy, I love collecting trophies, right guys?"
The rest of the Smashers are in the know and are not looking forward to it.
ROY: "Guys?"
Roy stands alone on a platform and looks up at incoming falling objects.
ROY: "Those don't look like trophies..."
Roy gets buried under boxes and blocks.

Protect and Swerve/Pokemono:The Kissing Disease:
Trainer Katie hands TM 17 discreetly to her Mudkip.
KATIE: "In case you need it big guy."
Mudkip looks embarrassed. It's a condom metaphor. We later see a Gardevoir attempt to use Draining Kiss on Mudkip. Mudkip uses Protect and blocks the kiss with a forcefield. From behind the field he cowers as he sees Gardevoir's oversized lips/fangs/suckers/pincers, etc.

Core Demolitions/Core Focus/Core Exercise/Why You Buggin'?:
A group of Smashers is hanging out when a door is cracked open and Roy sticks his head out in a mild panic.
ROY: "Uhhhh...guys, I just beat Master Hand in a game of checkers and he exploded into a bunch of crawly stuff."
The other Smashers sigh and grab fly swatters, bug spray, etc. Or they call in Terminix as they're engulfed.

Extended Ending:
We later see the Smashers gathered around the defeated Master Core with the Terminix guy. Bonus points if he's played by Mario's cousin Stanley from DK3.
STANLEY: "I'm going to assume this is an egg and you should squash it with a pair of shoes you're not too attached to."

Watch the Birdy/Street Pizza:
Ike and Ryu meet on the battlefield.
RYU: "Toss away that weapon and let's fight like real men."
Ike tosses his sword spinning into the air. Ryu watches it fly upwards and grins.
RYU: "That's more like it..."
As he looks back down Ike has jumped into the air and grabbed his sword. He brings it down on Ryu's head, driving him into the ground with Aether.
IKE: "Welcome to Smash, buddy."
or
IKE: "You use whatever you've got in a Street Fight."

All my yes on this one! I can practically see how it would look in her style and everything, that's how perfect this is
