Having not played Fire Emblem in forever, I'm going to need this comic explained to me, especially the last panel.
Enemy troops: Everyone is wearing the same kinda armor outfit with the same color scheme: Orange-ish reddish copper brown.
Your own troops: Everyone is wearing whatever they please, there's no uniform clothing in any way. Guy in the last panel wears the colors of the enemy! Blue haired pirate girl complains about those facts 'cause she thinks that the queen's army should wear the same clothes to show who they are.
Well I thought there was something a little more to it. That chick standing next to the guy in panel 2 also has pinkish hair, but isn't being chewed out for it. Its possible I'm overthinking it.
Ironically enough, Makalov, the orange guy, actually isn't wearing the colors of the enemy. Makalov's from Begnion, who becomes an antagonistic force in Radiant Dawn but their colors are red. There's never an enemy army in the Tellius series that wears orange. The primary bad guys are black, red and gold.
So oddly enough, the people that are wearing the colors of the enemy are Marcia (the chick with pinkish hair) and Kieran: a man who is so fiercely loyal to Crimea and its queen that he feels the need to scream out his entire name and title at every opportunity...
Ok maybe now we're overthinking it.
